TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. General Terms
1.1 By purchasing a ticket and participating in the event, all participants agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
1.2 The event is organized by Egrek Cinema and is open to the public with pre-registration required.
1.3 Participants must check in at the designated start location at least 15 minutes before the event begins.
1.4 Egrek Cinema and participating stores reserve the right to modify event details at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.
2. Eligibility & Team Rules
2.1 The EGREK Treasure Quest is open to children aged 4-17. Children under 12 years must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
2.2 The Adult Easter Egg Hunt is open to participants aged 18 and above.
2.3 Teams must consist of 2-5 members and must stay together during the event.
2.4 Each team must assign a team captain responsible for collecting clues and reporting to checkpoint stations.
3. Ticketing & Refund Policy
3.1 Tickets must be purchased in advance via our official booking platform. No on-the-day registrations will be accepted.
3.2 Tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person if the original participant cannot attend.
3.3 In the event of cancellation due to extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances, participants will be notified, and alternative arrangements may be offered.
4. Participation & Safety
4.1 Participants must follow the designated route and instructions provided at the start of the event.
4.2 Running inside participating stores is strictly prohibited to ensure the safety of all customers and staff.
4.3 Any participant behaving disruptively, disrespectfully, or violating store policies will be disqualified.
4.4 Egrek Cinema and participating businesses are not responsible for any injuries, lost personal belongings, or damages incurred during the event.
5. Event Challenges & Prizes
5.1 Teams must complete all challenges and checkpoints to qualify for final prizes.
5.2 Cheating, tampering with clues, or interfering with other teams may result in immediate disqualification.
5.3 Prizes are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. The event organizers reserve the right to adjust or substitute prizes if necessary.
6. Photography & Media Release
6.1 By participating, attendees agree that photos and videos taken during the event may be used by Egrek Cinema for promotional and marketing purposes.
6.2 If you do not wish to appear in promotional materials, please inform the event organizers before the event begins.
7. Liability Waiver
7.1 Participants understand and accept that they are engaging in an active event at their own risk.
7.2 By entering the event, participants waive any claims against Egrek Cinema, participating businesses, sponsors, or staff for any injuries, losses, or damages that may occur.
